Match Report
The King's School, Worcester Girls-U14A vs  Midlands Regionals
On: Wednesday, 24 Nov 2021
Venue: Away

On Wednesday we travelled to Rugby school to play in the Midlands regional hockey tournament. Our first match was against Repton, despite some strong opposition we played some good hockey and improved throughout the game. The score was 3-0 to Repton.

Our next game was against Kings High Warwick, once again we improved throughout the game however narrowly lost 1-0. Immy Taft, our goalkeeper made some incredible saves and managed to keep us in the game.

Our final pool match was against Loughborough High. Throughout the game some good hockey was played, particularly our work rate and ability to turn over the ball . The game finished 2-0 to them and once again Immy T made some outstanding saves.

Well done girls for making it to regionals, it is something to be proud of. Thank you Mrs Collins and Mrs Miller-Symonds for helping us keep our heads lifted high, despite the scores. Our player of the tournament was Immy Taft, she made the most amazing saves for us, and kept our spirits up.
