Match Report
The King's School, Worcester Girls-U15A vs  Cheltenham Ladies' College
On: Saturday, 13 Oct 2018
Venue: Away

In challenging windy conditions the U15s faced a fast paced CLC side. Unfortunately cLC were able to capitalise on an early break scoring within the first 10 minutes. However King's kept calm and worked hard to focus on carrying to find a pass and achieve early height. This was achieved for most of the game and created plenty of attacking opportunities. Positive outletting by Amber Haywood and Charlotte Morgan allowed us to find through balls to Milly Carter, Alice Atherton and Hannah Woodcock in attack. Unfortunately we weren't able to convert our chances. CLC continued to press for a second goal and positive movement off the line by Fleur Sentance, snuffed out their attack. Making excellent saves with both her feet and stick. Overall a fabulous performance, with players building on their performances from previous weeks. Although the score is not the outcome the girls would like. They must be reflect and look at the progress they have made in the quality of their hockey and individual skills this term.
